Sgian [skee-an] Scots Gaelic for knife is inspired by Scottish outdoors and the preservation of its wilderness. 
 
Sgian takes every day HDPE plastic waste and reforms it for its new function. The melting and moulding process creates a lively and unique colour pattern for each knife. Sgian uses standard utility knife blades. 
 
Designed to add to the desk space while providing a quick tool for packages and small tasks around the house. This knife hopes to bring colour and symbolism to any room.
